After poll drubbing, Kiran Kumar Reddy to join BJP?
Hyderabad: After Jai Samaikyandhra Party’s political disaster, former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is no more in the news. Reportedly, Reddy is considering joining the BJP.
According to media reports, Reddy is looking towards BJP to revive his drooping political career and apparently BJP too has given its nod.
Adding credibility to these rumours, Telangana state president of BJP, Kishan Reddy and Kiran Kumar Reddy held a closed-door meeting recently. Though Kishan Reddy said they did not discuss politics but speculations are rife.
Sources say that former Andhra CM was hesitant to join BJP but his brothers convinced him to save his political career.
Kiran Reddy's ‘Jai Samaikyandhra Party’ faced crushing defeat in the last elections and adding to the embarrassment, most of the leaders have already left the party.
