The stars predict that Ness Wadia won't be affected much by the molestation charge brought against him.
Mumbai: In yet another ugly celebrity spat, Bollywood actress and IPL team KXIP co-owner, Preity Zinta recently filed a complaint against ex-beau Ness Wadia, alleging “abuse and molestation”. She claims she was abused and insulted by the Bombay Dying scion in “full public view”.
The argument was apparently over who would occupy the front row seats at the Garware Pavilion in the Wankhede stadium during an IPL match between KXIP and CSK on May 30. Preity and cricketer David Miller’s family occupied these seats while Wadia insisted that his family, including his mother, Maureen Wadia, be seated there. The bickering turned to angry insults, which continued way past the match.
In her police complaint, Preity stated that Ness not only behaved indecently with her in public, but also abused her. Ness meanwhile denies the allegations. So what’s in store for the two in future? Do they settle outside court or will we see a protracted battle?

In Ness Wadia’s Surya Kundli, Ketu is going to transit over his Natal Moon after July 2014. Saturn and Rahu are currently transiting over his Natally retrograde Jupiter. Both the planetary aspects indicate anxiety and distress.
In Preity’s Natal chart, Ganesha observes that the transiting Rahu is going to form a Trine with her Natal Sun. Rahu is going to transit over her Natal Moon between July 2014 and January 2016. The row over the rows...why?
On May 30, when the incident took place, the transiting Mars (the planet of aggression) was in a Square aspect with both Preity and Ness' Natal Mars.
Moreover, Mars was on Preity’s Natal Moon and was in Opposition to Ness’ Natal Moon. Moon governs emotions, Mars rules vitality. This planetary pattern must have triggered both of them. It was bound to happen, unless they did not come across each other on that day!
What’s in store?
As of now, the battle against Ness’ behaviour may not yield positive results for Preity. This is because Preity’s chart currently is not powerful enough to nail down Ness. Proving Ness to be guilty is going to be tough for her.
However, considering the planetary positions explained above for the Wadia scion, Ness may need to put up a strong fight. But, all in all, stars contend that Ness will not end up paying a big price for this incident.
Note
On June 19, 2014, the planet of wisdom — Jupiter shall enter its Sign of exaltation — Cancer. This may bring about a turning point for many — and thus, in this matter too. However, if this does not get sorted out before July 12, the controversy may stretch for about six months, in which both the parties will suffer.
