Mumbai: Bipasha Basu seems to have put the horror of Humshakals behind her and started shooting for her next film, Alone. Helping her is none other than mentor Mahesh Bhatt, who, we hear, visited her on the sets of her film to cheer her up and wish her good luck.
Our source says, “Mahesh Bhatt is like a mentor to the actress and has been associated with her since the start of her career. He wrote Raaz, which was a superhit. He has seen the actress grow over the years and dropped in to give her a pep talk before she started shooting for her latest flick.” When quizzed about it, producer Abhishek Pathak confirmed, saying, “We were really happy to have
Bhatt saab on the sets. Who better than him could have mentored us for our film Alone which is a horror love story”.
The film is a remake of a Thai horror film by the same title. It was a smash hit globally. Alone stars Bipasha in the lead and also marks the debut of television star Karan Singh Grover. It is being directed by Bhushan Patel of Ragini MMS 2 fame.
Let’s hope this horror outing has a better ending for Bipasha.
