Sidharth Malhotra plans scuba diving trip to get certified

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra and his co-star Shraddha Kapoor were required to train for scuba diving as per the requirements of their upcoming film, ‘Ek Villain’. But due to time constraints Sidharth only took the elementary course for beginners and therefore is planning to go on vacation to complete the advance course and get certified, reported Absolute India.

“I did a basic course. I trained for it but I am not certified. I thoroughly enjoyed the process. This is the first time I went underwater and I loved it. I am not really scared of water either so I have no such fears. I am looking forward to my next dive. Post this, I will take a diving trip and get certified,” the actor was quoted saying.

Sidharth isn’t the first Bollywood star interested in deep sea diving, his ‘Hasee toh Phasee’ co-star Parineeti Chopra has also tried her hand at it, but isn’t a certified diver. The actor even had a word with Parineeti after her read about her diving experience. Sidharth hasn’t yet finalised on a destination for him to complete his course and get certified.
