Kaluva Srinivas may be announced as Deputy Speaker

Hyderabad: It is learnt that former minister Kodela Siva Prasada Rao will be named as Speaker and legislator Kaluva Srinivas from Rayadurg in Anantapur district, Deputy Speaker.
Since the CM and council chairman A. Chakrapani belong to Rayalaseema, Mr Naidu decided to give the Speaker’s post to the coastal region.
Mr Siva Prasada Rao, who is from Guntur district, was keen on becoming a Cabinet minister. The other option for the Speaker, also from Guntur district, is Mr Dhulipalla Narendra.
