CM had promised to include kapus in BC category

Hyderabad: AP Deputy Chief Minister N. China Rajappa said that the TD government will include Kapus in the list of Backward Classes without annoying the latter.
Mr China Rajappa, who is also home minister, said, “Chandrababu Naidu had promised during elections that he would include Kapus in BCs. This is also a promise in the manifesto. So to keep our promise we are going to include Kapus in BCs list. We will ensure that that BCs quota is not disturbed.”
Mr Rajappa will take charge on June 22 in Hyderabad. He landed at Visakhapatnam from Himachal Pradesh after overseeing operations at the Beas river.
He will be visiting his district and constituency in East Godavari district in the next two days.
