Gas leaked since water supply to the cleaning plant was stopped near the blast furnace
Bhilai, Chhattisgarh: A poisonous gas leak has been reported in Bhilai Steel plant, Chattisgarh has led to the death of 5 and more than 30 reported injured. The injured have been rushed to the hospital out of which 10 have been put under intense care.
Gas leaked since water supply to the cleaning plant was stopped near the blast furnace said reports. The incident occurred between 6:30 to 7 pm.
For now, the situation is under control as we await more details
