Mumbai: Recently there was buzz about Arbaaz Khan being upset with Farah Khan for refusing to choreograph wife Malaika’s item song in Dolly Ki Doli. Farah has now cleared the air saying that since she is close to Arbaaz, he approached her first, but understood her predicament because she is busy wrapping up Happy New Year.
A source close to Farah says, “She was shocked to read reports about how Arbaaz was angry with her ‘high-handed’ attitude. The truth is she is actually caught up wrapping up her own film. In fact, she had to let go of her brother Sajid Khan’s film Humshakals, due to her busy schedule and Arbaaz understood the problem. He told her that he approached her first since they share a close bond and only then did he consider approaching other choreographers. There is no bad blood between them. They are very much in touch, sharing updates on each other’s projects.”
