GRR Martin offers to kill 'Game Of Thrones' role for charity
Los Angeles: He has been killing fan's favourite characters ruthlessly in 'Game of Thrones' often but writer GRR Martin has now offered the first two donors who shell out $ 20,000 to have a part named after them meet a grisly death in his upcoming novel.
The 65-year-old author, who joined the Twitter recently, has offered his services as the literary hit man to raise money for Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary and The Food Depot of Santa Fe.
The first two donors to give $ 20,000 will have a character, guaranteed to die badly, named after them in an upcoming 'Song of Fire and Ice' novel. The method of death lies in Martin's hand but donors can choose their character's rank in the novel, reported People magazine.
The lucky fans also get signed memorabilia, a hat worn by Martin and a chance dine with the author himself.
