TV actor Mrunal Jain was in Hyderabad for a day for a photoshoot

Hyderabad: Mrunal Jain, who is playing a grey shade in the TV serial Uttaran was recently in the city to shoot for a vintage Indian calendar. The photoshoot was handled and conceptualised by Saurabh Panjwani, a well-known Hyderabad-based photographer. Mrunal shot at various places in the city like at a vintage house in Gachibowli, BNR Hills, Jubilee Hills, Tank Bund, Necklace Road among many others.

Mrunal shot round the clock for one day. He says, “We started the shoot around 2.30 am and completed it around 6.30 pm. It was wonderful to see different places and shoot in the city. I have come to Hyderabad after almost 7-8 years and I must say that the airport road was very impressive.” He was also bowled over with the love showered by Hyderabadis. He says, “People are so warm here, I met so many of my fans during the shoot but none of them disturbed me. They waited patiently and came and clicked snaps or took an autograph only after shots were over.”

“I heard a lot of people speaking the typical Hyderabadi dialect and I fell in love with it as it is soothing to the ears. It’s sweet in its own way,” he adds. Mrunal’s wife Sweety Jain accompanied him on the Hyderabad trip. While he was busy shooting, he coordinated over the phone and pampered his wife by booking spa and salon appointments. He says the next time he comes he would definitely take some time out and visit the historical Charminar. Mrunal has also acted in TV shows like Hitler Didi, Looteri Dulhan and Bandini and has also done a Bollywood film Satya 2.
