Chennai: Jayam Raja, who has a number of successful movies to his credit, has donned the greasepaint for the first time in Enna Satham Indha Neram.

Helmed by Guru Ramesh, a former assistant of Suresh Krishna, the movie earlier hit the headlines as it was the first time in the country that somebody was dealing with the theme of quadruplets.

Terming the movie a humour-based thriller, Guru reveals that ESIN is about the mischievous nature of four girls who are identical in their behaviour too. The Chennai-based actresses are quadruplets in real life as well.

Guru says, “I was always fascinated by the pressure which a family faces when twins are born. The idea of four girls came later and I felt Jayam Raja would be apt for the role as the children’s dad. Despite several offers in the past, he had refused to come in front of the camera. This act of his is commendable and am sure the role will fetch him a good name as an actor.”

Manoo of Kadhal Mannan fame, who plays the mother, makes a comeback with the movie after a gap of 15 years. Guru says that he’s aiming for a theatrical release by the end of this month.
