Mumbai: After years of speculation and numerous reports of fallouts between Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Govinda, the duo embraced each other publicly on Tuesday, reported Absolute India.
Salman’s car was spotted parked outside Govinda’s home in the suburbs on June 3.
According to the report, Salman was in the neighbourhood and called up Govinda to see if he could pay a visit.
The duo reportedly had a fallout when Govinda was upset about Salman not promoting his daughter Narmadaa, a couple of years ago.
Govinda however has always denied the rumours and reports, saying that Salman is family to him.
A close associate of Salman was quoted saying, “I have no idea whether they met recently or not. But I believe the question of their patch up doesn’t arise as there were no issues between them. Yes, it’s true that Salman had offered a role to Govinda but Chi Chi bhaiya didn’t like it and politely said no. But that hasn’t affected their friendship. Salman respects Govinda and Govinda treats Salman like his brother.”
