New Delhi: HP announced new business products that meet employees’ needs for work/life blend and allow them to stay connected in more places.
The announcement includes the thinnest, most durable HP EliteBook, an affordably priced two-in-one notebook, two business tablets, a space-saving all-in-one (AiO) PC and a business Desktop PC.
“Today’s technology has evolved to meet the realities of the new workplace, as the traditional work/life balance makes way for the more flexible work/life blend,” said Ketan Patel, Director, Computing Category, PPS, HP India.
To address the complexities of satisfying this changing work/life style, HP has introduced the following mobile products:
- The HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1 notebook is 16.1 percent thinner and 7.3 percent lighter than the previous generation, while still passing a dozen military-grade tests for reliability and durability, making this Ultrabook one of the sturdiest, thinnest and lightest available. The HP EliteBook 1040 G1 notebook starts at Rs 90,000 and is availale at www.hpshopping.in.
- The HP Pro x2 410, offers the flexibility of a tablet and the productivity of a notebook in one streamlined form factor. It is a budget-friendly, secure notebook that is built to work and last. HP Pro x2 410 starts at Rs 65,000 and is available currently.
- The HP 248 comes with a durable design and HP 3D DriveGuard, it is a best fit for protecting valuable data. The HP 248 starts at Rs 36,500.
- The redesigned and upgraded HP ElitePad 1000 now comes with a brighter and more durable touch screen with a 16:10 screen-aspect ratio, 4G connectivity, 64-bit capabilities and a HP Smart Jacket accessory ecosystem. The ElitePad 1000 is priced at Rs 59,990.
- The HP Omni 10 offers essential productivity with a decent battery life, versatile Windows 8.1 and an Intel Atom Z3000 processor. The HP Omni 10 is priced at Rs 27,990.
HP also unveiled the Windows based desktop products equipped with manageability tools and new security advancements that allow users to connect all of their information seamlessly without sacrificing business productivity.
- The HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Business Desktop Mini, is integrated with power efficiency, security and manageability solutions. HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Business Desktop Mini is priced at Rs 41,990.
- The HP 205 AiO is a Windows-based AiO business PC that is powerful enough to handle everyday workplace computing tasks. The 205 AiO Desktop is priced at Rs 31,990.
Additionally, HP unveiled the first Thin Client with quad-core processors and fan-less design as well as a new DreamColor Display Monitor which offers unmatched affordability and color accuracy.
- HP T620 provides good desktop experience, enhanced security features for virtual desktops, Desktop as a Service, unified communications, and other demanding client virtualization and cloud computing use cases. The combination of an AMD GX dual- or quad-core processor and AMD Radeon HD professional graphics makes the HP t620 up to 50 percent faster than the HP t610. The new series starts at Rs 31,402.
- HP Z27x DreamColor Display, that features HP’s integrated calibration engine with built-in support for third-party professional color measurement instrument. The 27-inches monitor with 10-bit colour drives up to 1.07 billion onscreen colours and is priced at Rs 1,07,163.
