Hyderabad: A rumour floating around Tollywood is that producer Ashwini Dutt is all set to produce Akhil Akkineni’s debut movie under the Vyjayanthi Movies’ banner. There was a time when some of the most successful stars in Tollywood such as Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and others were launched by Ashwini Dutt and he was the most sought after producer then. The Telugu film industry believes that whoever is launched by Dutt will make it big in the industry!
And so, now the rumour mongers claim Nagarjuna is looking forward to his son Akhil’s debut film having Ashwini’s golden touch!
The film is believed to be directed by Deva Katta of Autonagar Suriya fame and according to our sources, the makers of the film are trying to get Alia Bhatt to play the female lead opposite Akhil. Well, that could be a fantastic launch for the Akkineni newcomer.
