Aseem Merchant replies to the legal notice sent by ex-girlfriend Priyanka Chopra

Mumbai: Aseem Merchant, Priyanka Chopra’s ex-boyfriend, who is making a biopic on her former manager Prakash Jaju, received a legal notice. The notice stated them to remove all publicity material with immediate effect. Not the one to step back, Assem has replied back to the notice and he has decided to go full throttle with the plans of making the film, reported mid-day.

He was quoted saying, “We are going ahead with the project and we do not want to succumb to any pressure tactics. We have already replied to her notice.’’

Reportedly, he has the rights to the biopic of Prakash Jaju, who was once her manager till they had a fall out in 2008. The film will highlight the 67 days he spent in Jail after the bitter fall out.
