Bhanwar Lal Sharma suspended for calling Rahul Gandhi MD of “Congress circus”

Jaipur: A day after he called Rahul Gandhi MD of “Congress circus” and his advisors jokers holding them responsible for the party’s poor performance in the recent Lok Sabha polls, the Congress has suspended Bhanwar Lal Sharma, MLA from Sardarshahar in Rajasthan.
Mr Sharma is second Congressman to be suspended for criticisng Rahul Gandhi. Earlier A.H. Mustafa in Kerala had been suspended for calling Mr Gandhi a joker.
An official statement from the Congress said that PCC chief Sachin Pilot has suspended Mr Sharma from the party for anti-party activities and indiscipline following directions from senior leader Gurudas Kamat.
