Hyderabad: The police busted a sex racket, arrested six men and rescued three women including a Tollywood junior artiste at Kukatpally.
The cops raided a flat at Sumithranagar in Kukatpally following a tip-off, and found that the women were brought to the flat by two organisers. Police officials said that the racket had been active since a few weeks.
Police arrested the two organisers named D. Surender, 35, who is a resident of Kukatpally and his friend Sreedhar. The four customers, who came to the flat paying thousands of rupees, were also nabbed.
An official said that one of the women, a 23-year-old from Srikak-ulam, is a junior artiste in Tollywood, and was paid more by the customers. The other two women, in their early 20s, are from the city.
The agents and customers were handed over to the Kukatpally police station.
