Chennai: Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s 58th film with Chimbudevan has been in the news for quite some time now for its ensemble cast.

With Bollywood diva, Sridevi, and Kannada star Sudheep already on board, the buzz is that the superstar will have two sizzling heroines, providing the love interest, Hansika and Shruti Haasan.

Apparently, Hansika has already teamed up with Vijay in his hit movie, Velayudham, where she turned ultra glamorous for the song sequences.

Top cinematographer Nutty (Natraj) who is busy in Bollywood and missed out joining Vijay on Jilla on an earlier occasion, has been roped in.

Although the Maan Karate girl was tight-lipped, a source from the production house confirms the developments. Hansika and Shruti came together in a Telugu film, Oh My Friend, with Siddharth, which was later dubbed as Sridhar in Tamil.

The movie is likely to go on the floors in October after Vijay completes Murugadoss’ Katthi which is in the wrap-up stage.
