Chennai: Gautham Vasudev Menon is busy shooting his next film with Ajith which is yet to be titled with Anushka in the lead. The actor essays a cop and few high octane stunts were recently canned in the city at the vantage locations including Mount Road and Nandanam signal.
The DOP of the film Dan Macarthur who was behind the camera was highly impressed with the team’s work and has also tweeted about it. Inside sources said the actor was beaming with energy and performed risky chase scenes in jeep and motorbike without a body double.
A unit source reveals that Anushka and Ajith will have a new look in the movie and since the Gautham is particular that his heroines should be familiar with the language in which she works; the dusky actress has agreed to dub her own voice for the film.
While Trisha will be seen in a crucial role which is not officially announced, comedian Vivek and Arun Vijay are also part of the Thala 55 which is produced by AM Ratnam.
