Vasily Klyukin paid $1.5 million to explore the final frontier with DiCaprio

Mumbai: A space cadet paid $1 million to go to the moon with Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio.
The Wolf of Wall Street star offered the adventure at the star-studded gala auction at Cannes, France, for amFAR, the international non-profit group that supports AIDS research, reported the New York Daily News.
It has not yet been revealed who won the bidding war to blast off into the orbit next year with the actor. This is the second year that DiCaprio has put up a space trip for auction. Last year, Russian real estate mogul Vasily Klyukin paid $1.5 million to explore the final frontier with DiCaprio on Virgin Galactic’s SpaceshipTwo.
