'Thegidi' hero Ashok Selvan pairs up with Bindu Madhavi in his next

The actor will be directed by Sathya Siva of Kazhugu fame
 
Chennai: Ashok Selvan, who is basking in the success of crime thriller Thegidi, is now all set for his next untitled project, which is to be directed by Sathya Siva of Kazhugu fame.
 
The shoot of the film, said to be a romantic comedy, is all set to begin on June 2 in Chennai. Bindu Madhavi, who recently signed for Vasantha Kumaran which has Vijay Sethupathi in the lead, has been roped in as Ashok’s love interest in this film. According to Ashok Selvan, “This film will definitely be a different one in my career.  Also, I want a break from doing films in the thriller genre, which I have done earlier. This script was really exciting for me as I always wanted to experiment with doing versatile roles in each film.”
 
Arun Pandian, who is producing the film, is someone that Ashok says he had always wanted to work with before he came to the industry.  He has also signed for another film, directed by an associate of A.R Murugadoss’s. The cast and crew of the film are yet to be finalised.
