Emma Watson graduates from Brown University
Los Angeles: 'Harry Potter' star Emma Watson has graduated from Brown University with a bachelor's degree in English literature.
The 24-year-old actress, best known for her role as Hermione Granger in the 'Harry Potter' movies, was among 2,000 graduates receiving degrees yesterday from Brown University, reported People magazine.
Watson shared the news by tweeting a cap-and-gown selfie. The actress began her freshman year at the Ivy League school in 2009 and also studied at England's Oxford University.
She continued to make movies while pursuing her degree. The 'Noah' had a busy film career during her time as a student, releasing both parts of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows', 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower', 'This is the End', and the recent Biblical epic 'Noah'.
