Hyderabad blast accused in NIA custody
Sessions court send them to 15 days of Police Custody
Hyderabad: The Second Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Nampally, allowed the National Investigation Agency, Hyderabad Unit, to take custody of the two alleged Indian Mujahideen operatives, Tahseen Akhtar alias Monu, alias Hassan, and Waqas, alias Javed, alias Ahmed involved in the Dilsukhnagar twin blasts case, for questioning.
The accused were brought from Delhi on a Prisoner transit warrant and produced before the court here amidst tight security on Saturday. Though the probe agency requested for 20 days of police custody of the accused, the court granted only 15 days. The duo will be under judicial remand till June 23. The case was also posted for the same day.
