Nokia X2 spotted on Chinese website
This could very well be a rumor—Nokia is set to release another Android smartphone, the successor to the X series line, the Nokia X2.
Gizbot reported that the Nokia X2 has been spotted online, leaked on a Chinese website Baidu. We cannot confirm if the leaked reports from the original source is completely true since the smartphone shown in the picture sports a tiled, Chinese user interface and the bottom part, which possibly gives away the whole truth, sports two capacitive buttons, the Back and the Windows key. This could possibly be a photoshopped version of a Lumia phone. Also since the entire website is in Chinese, it is again difficult to confirm any facts.
For now, according to Gizbot and the original source, Baidu, the Nokia X2 supposedly features a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 chipset with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of storage. Nothing has been mentioned about the display size or resolution, but surprisingly they have mentioned an AnTuTu Benchmark score of 11827. Lastly, the source also speculates that the handset will feature a dual-tone body.
We will wait for an official known leakster to confirm the same. Stay tuned.
