MIM workers hold protest, demand security for Akbaruddin and Asadduddin Owaisi

Adilabad: Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen workers and leaders took out a protest rally on Monday in Adilabad town against the alleged conspiracy to kill party leader Akbaruddin Owaisi.

The MIM activists demanded that the government should provide Z-plus security and bullet proof vehicles to Mr Akbaruddin and Asadduddin Owaisi as they were facing threats from anti-social elements. They wanted a CBCID inquiry into the reported plot to kill Mr Akbaruddin Owaisi.

The MIM leaders led by town president Farooq Ahmed submitted a memorandum to collector Ahmed Babu.
