Hyderabad: Allari Naresh’s first ever double-role can be seen in Jump Jilani and he feels the film will be his best till date. The promos of the film were launched on Monday at a function.
Isha Chawla and Swathi Dixit play the female leads in the film. This is a remake of a Tamil film in which there were two different actors in the lead roles.
“Director Sattibabu asked me to play both the roles in Telugu. The double-role concept is his idea and we made a few changes to the original to suit the Telugu audience,” says Allari Naresh. He added that every character in the film will be special.
“You can enjoy the comedy and I assure you that this film is going to be more hilarious than my earlier film Sudigadu,” says Naresh. Sudigadu is the top film in Naresh’s career and now he is confident that Jump Jilani will do better than Sudigadu.
The actor says that the screenplay and dialogues are excellent. “There is a punch in all the dialogues,” he says. The film may hit the screens in the second week of June.
The film is produced by Ambika Krishna and directed by E Sattibabu.
