Chennai: The Kazhugu star, Kreshna, is on cloud nine after the success of his last film, Yaamiruka Bayamae, which has gone down well with audiences. Being a horror comedy, it has pulled in the family crowd, and has even got appreciation from critics.
Now, Kreshna is excited about shooting for his brother Vishnuvardhan’s next film, Yatchan, in which he shares screen space with Arya. and the music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Deepa Sannidhi, a popular Kannada star, who is now shooting for a Lucia remake in Tamil, has been roped in for the film.
Ask Kreshna about his role in the film, he says, “I play a guy whose passion is to act in films. He comes to Chennai all the way from his home town just to pursue it. I can’t reveal anything more than that as it’s too early. All I can say is that it’s a one-of-a-kind action comedy. Deepa Sannidhi is paired with Arya in the film. There are two heroines in the film and my co-star is yet to be finalised. The first schedule’s shoot is already over, and it has come out really well,” according to him.
Deepa Sannidhi says, “I am happy with the welcome I received from the Tamil film Industry. The shoot for the film started on May 19 and it was exciting to shoot with Arya. The entire team was cooperative and well organised, and made me feel comfortable on the sets. I am also done shooting for Lucia,” she concludes.
