Advani won the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat by a margin of 4,63,121 votes

Gandhinagar: Veteran BJP leader L K Advani has won the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat by an impressive margin of 4,63,121 votes, getting elected for the sixth time from the same seat.
Advani polled 7,73,539 votes, crushing his nearest rival Kirit Patel of Congress who bagged 2,90,418 votes.
In the 2009 election, Advani had won the seat by a margin of more than 1.21 lakh votes.
