Hyderabad: Results of the Andhra Pradesh Class 10 or SSC 2014 exams were announced today. The results of ICSE Class XII (ISC) will be out on May 17 and those of Class X on May 21.

BSNL mobile users must type BSNL-SSC<space>roll no. and send it to 53346 to know their SSC results.

Results can be had from Uninor IVRS by dialling 5333560.

Results

Out of 10.61 lakh students who appeared for the examination, 9.40 lakh have cleared the exams recording a pass percentage of 88.62.

Pass percentage for regular students has increased by 0.54 per cent this year from 88.02 per cent last year. The pass percentage for 2014 stands at 88.62.

Girls have outperformed boys with an average pass percentage of 89.33. Over 1.53 lakh students appeared as private candidates. Of them, 70,000 passed with an average percentage of 45.57.

East Godavari district secured highest pass percentage of 96.26 per cent, while Adilabad was at the bottom of the list with just 58.31 per cent.

Supplementary exams would be held from June 16 to June 28. Due date for payment of exam fee is May 30.

Students who want to apply for recounting has to pay Rs 500 per subject within 12 days.
