RCB skipper Virat Kohli once again failed to shine with his batting. He was run out for 10. While AB de Villiers steadied the innings, Patel got unlucky. He was dismissed at 29 off 28 balls.

IPL 7 Points table

Royal Challengers Bangalore have made a royal mess of their IPL 7 campaign after a solid start. The last game against Rajasthan Royals was the perfect testimony of the same. Barring the first two games, they have failed to click as an unit and hence, now left with a situation wherein they ought to win all the games and then hope that the outcomes of the other games fall as per RCB’s liking.

The story of Delhi Daredevils’ display in IPL 7 is not too different than that of RCB, if not worse. While the loss in the last game against Sunrisers Hyderabad could be a little unlucky one, they have been clueless throughout the seventh edition of IPL 7. Although a playoff berth is ruled out, DD can look forward to spoil RCB’s plan to reach the final four.
