Mumbai: Salman Khan and John Abraham, who have not always seen eye-to-eye, may be heading for a face off again.Way back in 2006, the two had differences of opinion during the Rockstar tour following which John had refused to act opposite Katrina Kaif who was Salman’s girlfriend back then. It was only in 2011 when the two made up when John visited the Bigg Boss sets anchored by Salman, to promote Desi Boyz.
However, the two might soon be at loggerheads again with both keen on producing a film on the great wrestler of the early 20th century, Gama Pehlwan, who had never been defeated in his 50-year-long career.
Puneet Issar is said to be directing the film for Salman while Parmeet Sethi has consented to direct John’s project.
John is slated to play the lead in his film while Sohail Khan will play the wrestler in the Khans’ production, says a source. Titles for both the projects were registered with the Film Writers Association way back in 2011.
