United Kingdom: Mumbai-based, S M Lodha diversified firm, Indsur Group acquires CDA Contracts Ltd, a thermal engineering company, specialising in Industrial Process, Energy, Chemical and other sectors for over fifteen years throughout the United Kingdom and overseas.
This is the second acquisition by Indsur Group in the UK, the first one being Nevron Eurothem Insulation Limited in October 2012, now christened Indsur Nevron Eurotherm Ltd.
The announcement of the acquisition was made at the launch of Indsur Nevron's newly opened UK based office at prestigious India Buildings at Liverpool, which will be the UK Head Quarters of the Group.
Mayor of Liverpool Mr. Garry Millar performed the official inauguration at the event which included other notable UK dignitaries and Indsur Group's main promoter Director S M Lodha.
Indsur Group is a Rs 475 crore business group headquartered in Mumbai, India. The Group has presence in various industry sectors like Steel castings, Forging, Auto components, Thermal Engineering, Pipes for Oil and Natural Gas etc., with manufacturing facilities located in India and several countries. Recently, the Group had set up a facility to make power infrastructure castings in India at its Halol plant (near Baroda, Gujarat) which is also a major supplier to various European countries.
