Kakinada: The seepage of rain water into the strong rooms, where the electronic voting machines (EVM) are kept, in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Kakinada (JNTU-K), caused commotion here, on Saturday, among officials, candidates and also the general public.
According to sources, the rain water entered into one of the strong rooms where Prathipadu Assembly and Lok Sabha (Kakinada) poll EVMs were kept. The water reached under the EVM boxes.
