Hyderabad: Actress Kajal Aggarwal, who was last seen in Jilla opposite Tamil actor Vijay in Kollywood, achieved a rare feat recently.
The Facebook page of the actress has crossed 10 million likes, confirming her popularity among movie buffs and possibly supremacy in social space. She is the fourth actress in the country to earn such a huge fan base on the social networking website after Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Madhuri Dixit.
Kajal has also surpassed her South counterparts by a fair margin, thanks to her soaring following across the south and Bollywood alike.
The actress who grabbed the ticket to K’town with Pazhani where she was paired opposite Bharath, returned to the Tamil film industry for a second innings with Naan Mahan Alla after a highly successful stint in Tollywood.
The lanky lass later sizzled in the runaway hit, Thuppaki, where she romanced Vijay on screen for the first time. K.V. Anand’s Suriya starrer, Maattran, was another notable film of hers in Kollywood.
