Katrina seems to have taken Hrithik's meditation advice seriously

Mumbai: Hrithik and Katrina continue to bond despite the rumours linking them. Apparently, they are good friends so Ranbir can relax for now.
While Hrithik, technically, is no longer answerable to Sussanne, and is in no frame of mind to date anyone. It is said that the actor has taken to meditation in a big way and that has helped him during this traumatic phase of his life.
We are told when the actors were shooting for Bang Bang in Dubai, Hrithik advised Katrina to take up meditation, to deal with her various issues (Read Ranbir).
Katrina, seems to have taken his advice seriously. Well, what are ‘good friends’ for?
