Prakash Raj is thrilled at producing Mahendran's and Ilaiyaraaja's upcoming film

Rumours are doing the rounds that Simran and Prathap Pothen might have significant roles in the film
Chennai: Prakash Raj, who is busy with his trilingual venture (Un Samayal Araiyil in Tamil), has confirmed that he is producing a film under the banner of his Duet Movies which will have veteran director Mahendran wielding the megaphone after a brief hiatus.
The actor-director posted on his Twitter account, “Proud to announce I will be producing maestro Ilaiyaraaja and Mahendran sirs combo film. I’m thrilled.”
Later, post his meeting with the duo, he expressed satisfaction with the developments. “Spent the 1 st half of the day with genius dir Mahendran. 2 nd hLf with maestro ilayaraja finalising the film. What a meaningful day. Bliss.”
