Mumbai: The latest B-town celebrities to mend their broken friendship happen to be Farah Khan and Akshay Kumar. The two set aside their difference and made up at a party recently, Absolute India reported. The duo reportedly had a bitter fight a few years a go and didn’t see eye-to-eye.
Incidentally Farah and Akshay recently met up at a private party where they were seen hugging each other and having a long conversation.
The party took place at Hotel Westin in Mumbai. Farah and Akshay, who were accompanied by their children, were attending a pool party. Akshay was already present with his children when Farah entered.
They immediately came forward and hugged on spotting each other, and were also seen chatting animatedly.
A source present at the venue says, “From what I believe, both Akshay and Farah hated each other and we never thought that we would see them talking to each other ever especially after their ugly fight during Joker. But all is well we guess.”
It may be recalled that Akshay refused to promote his film, ‘Joker’ that was produced by Farah and her husband. Following that the duo refused to acknowledge each other at events and other parties.
Rumours were abuzz that the duo had a bitter fight. Previously Farah had a fallout with her close friend Shah Rukh Khan, but they have set aside their differences and are currently working on ‘Happy New Year’.
