Virat Kohli arrives in Jodhpur to surprise girlfriend Anushka Sharma

Jaipur: Dubbed as India’s most stylish cricketer and heartthrob, Virat Kohli has taken some time off from his busy IPL schedule to be with his rumoured girlfriend Anushka Sharma for her birthday on Thursday. She is currently shooting in Jodhpur for NH10 and will turn 26 tomorrow.
Since, The UAE leg of IPL 7 is coming to an end today and there is four days gap before Royal Challengers Bangalore’s (RCB) first match on Indian soil on May 4, the break couldn’t have come at a more appropriate time for the RCB skipper.

Kohli flew from Dubai to Mumbai then took Air India flight to land in Jodhpur at 12.20pm on Tuesday. He headed straight to heritage hotel Khejdala Fort where Anushka has been camping. It is being learnt that Virat has planned a surprise for Anushka who turns 26 on Friday. He is likely to present Anushka birthday wishes from her celebrity friends and parents.

However, there are also reports that birthday has already been celebrated in the midnight of Tuesday; one day prior to actual birthday. The hall in Khejdala Fort was decked up for the party which was attended by unit members. A cake was specially ordered from Jodhpur.

This is the same hotel where they had spent some time together early this month. Anushka had reached here on April 8; two days before her scheduled shooting and Virat joined her after losing T20 World Cup. They were together here till late night.

This time, however, he objected to getting clicked, and tried to block the cameras by raising his hand. Anushka will be in Jodhpur till May 12.

Virat and Anushka have been good friends for over 8 months now and since then Virat have been spotted with Anushka on her shooting sets. Virat visited her in Sri Lanka when she was shooting for 'Bombay Velvet'. They were seen together in Auckland where she was shooting a commercial while Virat was touring with the Indian cricket team.
