Nizamabad: The Nizamabad second additional magistrate court directed the police to register a case against Jana Sena president and actor Pawan Kalyan on Monday for his alleged hate speech in Kamareddy.
Ravi Kumar, an advocate, filed a petition with the court stating that Pawan Kalyan had made derogatory comments against TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao. He urged the court to take necessary action in this regard.
The magistrate court directed Dichpally police to register a 0case against Pawan and submit a report by June 11. As per reports, the police will register a case under Sections of 163/A and 506 against the film star, who came to Kamareddy on Monday to participate in election camp in support of BJP-TD candidates.
