Jagan seeks court permission to go on a family vacation
Hyderabad: The Special Court for CBI cases, Nampally, on Monday allowed YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to go to Dehradun, in Uttarakhand, for a break after the elections.
Earlier, Mr jagan Mohan Reddy had filed a petition seeking the court’s permission to go to the hill station with his family, from May 10 to 15, to relax after the hectic election campaigns and tours. The matter was posted to Monday for the CBI to file a counter.
Principal Special Judge Balayogi, who examined the petition and heard both sides, issued orders allowing the petition and directed Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy’s counsel to submit two surety bonds of Rs 50,000 each.
