Hyderabad: The promotional video song of Anamika was released on Wednesday and it is going viral on social media. This is the first video that playback singer Sunitha has acted in. It was directed by Sekhar Kammula.
“Most of the song was shot in the old city,” says Sunitha. She adds that it was because of Sekhar Kammula’s impressive performance in the song that she decided to act in that video.
The song titled Kshanam was sung by Sunitha herself and
M. M. Keeravani provided the music. Along with her, Harshvardhan Rane and Vaibhav Reddy are also a part of this song.
Nayanthara has played the lead in this female-centric film. The film is a remake of Hindi film Kahaani which tells the story of a young married woman who comes to Hyderabad in search of her husband.
Anamika is releasing in Tamil and Telugu on May 1.
