The officers share personal stories of the impact the movie has had in their lives

Mumbai: Ahead of its release of Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham 2’ on August 15, 2014, the team at Reliance Entertainment has taken interviews of police officers and posted it on the official YouTube page. In the video, the officers talk about the impact and the image makeover they have got after Ajay’s cop act in Singham.

The film, with its high intensity action and powerful dialogues had garnered lot of appreciation in 2011.

In the video, G M Mudiraj Assistant Police Inspector admits that ‘Singham’ has helped a lot in changing the image of the Mumbai or Maharashtra Police.

S B Shelar, Police Constable says that now when an officer walks on the road they are acknowledged as Singham.

Sandeep L Shinde, Police Sub Inspector says that his daughter tell everyone that his father is a ‘Singham’.
