Hyderabad: Nikhil and Swathi are teaming up for the second time in a row in the supernatural thriller Karthikeya. The film will have a summer release.
The actors are confident that they will repeat the success after Swami Ra Ra. “Like my earlier film, this film is also very different and has many elements regarding God. Thanikella Bharani is a strong devotee of Lord Shiva and I’ve learnt so many things about God from Bharani garu. This is a thriller and has shaped up well,” says Nikhil.
Actress Swathi said that she really enjoyed working for this film. “For me, this film is a different genre and I am confident that this film is going to be successful. The producer never compromised when it came to spending money, so we have quality” she says. She also praised the director, Chandoo Mondeti, for his superb work in his very first film.
