Mumbai: Ajaz Khan’s claim to fame was his wild card entry in reality show Bigg Boss 7. The show brought him instant popularity. Incidentally, his next television stint, Khatron Ke Khiladi season five, will also see him make an entry as a wild card contestant.
“I am really wild, which is why I keep getting the wild card entry,” he quips adding, “When I got the offer to be on KKK, it sounded like a paid holiday since the shoot is in Cape Town. So I said why not!”
After Bigg Boss, the actor says he got busy with the shoot of Ya Rab and another South Indian film titled Heart Attack. At KKK, he was greeted with two contestants from the BB house — Gauhar Khan and Kushal Tandon. “Allah unko khushi de. (May God grant them happiness) They are getting married this year, so good luck to them,” he says.
Speaking about his upcoming projects Ajaz reveals, “I am in talks for a show on Star Plus. I am also in talks for a film with Rajkumar Santoshi and Mahesh Bhatt saab. So yes it’s all very exciting and probably the best phase of my career so far.”
