The Friends’ star Jennifer Aniston has reportedly signed up for Kabbalah lessons as she thinks it will help her find inner peace. The 45 year old actress was impressed by a stark change in the personality of Demi Moore, who is also a follower of the Jewish cult, reported Showbizspy.
“Jen was struck by how calm and centred Demi seemed Demi explained that it’s a combination of Kundalini yoga, meditation and studying Kabbalah,” a source said.
“Kabbalah is a perfect fit for her because it’s about ‘finding your light’ and helping others,” the source added.
