Lava recently announced a 7-incher IPS 3G tablet, which is aimed at the budget segment. The tablet is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) gadget with support for 3G and 2G networks, respectively. Priced at Rs 9,999, the tablet is aimed towards the budget tablet hunter, and the tablet is up for a pre-order on Flipkart priced at Rs 9,999.
The Lava Qpad e704 features a 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. Powered by a quad-core 1.2 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM, this dual-SIM tablet can be used for voice calls too. The operating system featured on the Qpad e704 is Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and the device is powered using a 3500 mAh battery, which can give you a talk time of approximately eight hours.
Additional features include GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 4GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32GB). The tablet is around 8.8mm thick and carries a one-year warranty.
