Mumbai: David Dhawan's 'Main Tera Hero' has hit the theaters on Friday which stars his son Varun Dhawan. Leading ladies, Ileana D'Cruz and Nargis Fakhri have done extensive travelling to promote the film. However, Nargis had to opt out a week before the release for a Hollywood commitment.
None the less, even on Friday, Varun Dhawan had multiple stops in Mumbai as part of the films promotion. Accompanied by Ileana D'Cruz, he attended a store launch of a fashion brand and was spotted entertaining the crowd on the ramp. They even went to a coffee shop as part of the film's promotion activity. And later, he travelled solo to Gaiety Galaxy, a popular single screen in Bandra to check out audience's reaction.
On his way out, frenzy fans surrounded him making it difficult to reach the exit point.
Looks like Varun Dhawan is going all out to create awareness about the film. The results have been fruitful as the first day saw a huge draw in single screens and multiplexes across the country.
