'How I Met Your Mother' title was a fake-out: Josh Radnor

The award-winning actor believes that it is better to do something bold and daring
Los Angeles: Actor Josh Radnor, who playedthe role of Ted Mosby in Emmy Award-winning series 'How I Met Your Mother', feels the title of the show was a fake-out. The 39-year-old actor said the show's title was more about the crazy adventures and the lessons Ted had to learn before he met the mother of his children, said the Hollywood Reporter.
The series that ended on March 31 after completing nine
seasons showed Ted finally getting back with friend Robin
Scherbatsky. "The surprise ending is in keeping with the DNA of the show as the past episodes lead you one way and then they pull you back," he said.
"The finale was never going to please everyone. I think if you're going to do something new and bold and daring, you're going to upset some people and you're going to thrill
other. But I'm a fan of the finale and obviously I'm a fan of the show."
The award-winning actor believes that it is better to do something bold and daring that than try to have some homogenised, safe ending.
