Canned tuna and chicken: Pre-packaged protein food, which does not require cooking is an easy food option at workplace.
Peanut butter: Peanuts and almonds are an excellent source of protein and fat. They taste amazing with bread.
Fruits: Be it an apple or a banana, fruits are rich sources of vitamins and healthy too.
