2. Helps in building up a better immune system
Researchers at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania said that People who have sex have higher levels of what defends your body against germs, viruses, and other intruders. It helps in keeping the Immune System humming and healthier.
3. Improves one’s libido
According to the Web MD Health facts, ‘For women, having sex ups vaginal lubrication, blood flow, and elasticity, makes sex feel better and help her crave more of it.’
Sex is the most beneficial health element for women, as compared to men. “Having sex will make sex better and will improve your libido,” said Lauren Streicher, MD and assistant clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago.
4. Improves women's bladder control

5. Standardises blood pressure
Sexual intercourse specifically can contribute towards lower systolic blood pressure and standardise one’s blood pressure
6. Sex can be considered as a form of exercise
Sex uses about five calories per minute, four more calories than watching TV. It gives you a one-two punch. It bumps up your heart rate and uses various muscles.
“Sexually active people have lesser chances of falling sick as compared to others,” highlighted Yvonne K. Fulbright, A Sexual Health Expert.
